Navigate to Settings by clicking on your photo icon in the upper right corner and then Settings --> Groups & Affiliations. This will show you a list of the groups on Hylo you are a member on. Click "Leave" to exit the groups you no longer want to be a part of.
You will need to rejoin a Group to access the content inside the Group after leaving.
